Job summary

Insight Global is assisting a client in Jefferson, GA, to hire a Director of Pricing Strategy & Sales Operations. The hybrid/remote-flex role will own the organization’s pricing approach and collaborate with Sales and Finance to boost revenue and profitability.

The position leads a Pricing/CRM team, drives KPI reporting and incentive design, and influences cross-functional initiatives. Hybrid onsite 2 days weekly early on, with a base salary of $150,000–$160,000 plus a 20% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of pricing, sales ops, or related experience.
• Experience owning enterprise-level pricing strategy.
• Industrial manufacturing/B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise-wide pricing strategy and governance.
• Lead pricing reviews, deal analysis, and profitability initiatives.
• Drive sales performance improvements through KPI analysis and reporting.
• Enhance CRM, sales tools, and commercial reporting processes.
• Lead commission and sales incentive program design and optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations leaders.
• Develop and manage a team of 3-4 Pricing/CRM Specialists.
• Translate complex business and market data into actionable leadership recommendations.
