Core Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate pricing strategies for a high‑SKU environment to optimize financial performance.
• Direct a 20‑person department across pricing operations, analyst, and deviated pricing units.
• Oversee the relationship with pricing optimization software providers (e.g., Conga) to improve analytical workflows.
• Identify margin growth opportunities through sophisticated modeling and competitive market assessment.
• Manage the integrity of price files, system interfaces, and manufacturer cost updates.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to modernize pricing tools and data accessibility.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy and margin improvement.
• Proficiency with Pricing Management tools (PROS, Conga, etc.) and advanced Excel (Power Query, Macros).
• Strong background in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and mathematical pricing concepts.
• Proven success in matrixed environments and high‑volume product distributions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred.

This is a direct‑hire role based in Atlanta; working a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 days remote).
