Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a Director of Pricing to lead pricing strategy, governance, and deal structures across enterprise deals. The role partners with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

The position emphasizes developing pricing models, governance frameworks, and analytics to optimize margins and win rates. A hybrid/remote model is offered for East Coast areas with base compensation highlighted in the offer details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required, MBA is a plus.
• Experience building and improving pricing governance (approval frameworks, escalation paths, controls, and documentation standards).
• Strong business judgment with the ability to translate complex deal tradeoffs into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develops pricing strategies and deal structures to support revenue growth.
• Leads pricing governance and deal desk processes for consistency and compliance.
• Analyzes historical pricing patterns and market factors to inform pricing decisions.
• Creates pricing dashboards and KPIs to track effectiveness and renewal performance.
• Collaborates with Sales, Product, and GTM teams to implement pricing strategies.
