• Strategic partner to VP Pricing on pricing strategy and business performance.
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks across products, projects, customers, channels, and markets.
• Lead strategic analysis of project pricing performance including discounting and profitability.
• Build a systematic approach to market trends, competitive intelligence, and pricing benchmarks.
• Identify drivers of price realization and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance.
• Define pricing strategies across product lifecycle with leadership teams.
• Evaluate and redesign major pricing programs and structures.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives across Sales, Product, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
• Translate pricing and market information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop frameworks and analytics to strengthen the Pricing organization.
• Coach and mentor pricing talent across the function.
