iCapital is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to lead Pricing Strategy and support one of iCapital's most important strategic functions. This role sits at the center of key business decisions, partnering closely with senior executive leadership to develop pricing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.

Qualifikationen

• 9-15 years of experience in pricing strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity or related roles.
• Experience developing pricing strategies, frameworks, revenue optimization, or profitability analyses in financial services or fintech.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, including financial modeling and executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to influence senior executives and synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong commercial judgment balancing growth, profitability, client needs, and positioning.
• Experience working cross-functionally with finance, sales, product, ops, legal, and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead Pricing Committee with agenda development, governance, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic pricing decisions and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Relationship Management, Distribution, and Product on structuring and pricing new opportunities.
• Build and lead pricing strategy team supporting analyses and commercial decision-making.
• Design pricing frameworks for positioning, value-based pricing, and differentiation.
• Own and maintain Global Standard Pricing Compendium and pricing precedents.
• Draft and maintain pricing policies, governance standards, and control procedures.
• Develop pricing analyses, dashboards, and reporting on trends, realizations, margins, and mix.
