Job summary

CFGI seeks a senior pricing strategy leader to own pricing diagnostics, architecture, and execution for PE sponsors and portfolio companies. You will build CFGI's repeatable pricing methodology, lead live client engagements, and drive measurable EBITDA improvements through advanced pricing analytics.

You will bring 10-15+ years in strategy consulting with a focus on pricing, including direct experience at Strategy& or equivalent firms.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in strategy consulting with deep specialization in pricing.
• Direct experience at Strategy& (or equivalent top-tier strategy firm) leading pricing engagements.
• Demonstrated EBITDA/margin impact from pricing work with quantifiable outcomes.
• Experience advising PE-backed companies preferred.
• Comfort building pricing analytics from scratch (Excel/SQL fluency minimum).

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing diagnostics and analyses, including price realization and willingness-to-pay research.
• Design and implement pricing architecture with segmentation, price bands, and value-based pricing models.
• Develop and refine CFGI's pricing methodology collateral for sponsor-facing BD.
• Partner with portfolio company leadership to operationalize pricing changes and track EBITDA impact.
• Contribute to thought leadership on pricing agility and AI-enabled dynamic pricing.
• Represent pricing as a core value lever in BD conversations with PE sponsors.
