Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a VPII, Strategic Pricing to shape and execute the firm’s enterprise pricing strategy. You will lead pricing architecture, economic analyses, and implementation roadmaps to enable growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation.

The role requires translating complex analytics into executive-ready recommendations, partnering with finance, legal, technology, operations, product, and sales to drive pricing initiatives from strategy through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, finance, strategy, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, pricing strategy, or related role.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to quantify impact.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across finance, product, legal, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LPL’s multi-year pricing strategy and pricing architecture.
• Analyze revenue across advisor segments, products, platforms, and services to drive margin expansion.
• Lead pricing workstreams including affiliation model pricing, bundled pricing, and fee simplification.
• Design pricing recommendations balancing commercial impact with advisor and client experience.
• Build and pressure-test financial models, scenarios, and business cases.
