Qualifications

• 9–15 years of experience in pricing strategy or related analytical and commercial leadership roles.
• Experience developing pricing strategies, commercial frameworks, revenue optimization initiatives, or profitability analyses in financial services/fintech/asset management.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, including financial modeling and decision support.
• Ability to influence senior executives and present complex analyses to C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's Pricing Committee, including agenda development and governance.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic pricing decisions and growth initiatives.
• Structure and price new business opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Build and lead a pricing strategy team for analyses and decision support.
• Design pricing frameworks to support product positioning and differentiation.
• Maintain the Global Standard Pricing Compendium and ensure consistency.
• Draft and maintain pricing policies, governance standards, and controls.
