Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to own the analytical foundation for pricing decisions across the enterprise, including competitive price intelligence, pricing analytics, and markdown strategy.

You will collaborate with Merchants, Merchandise Finance, and Marketing to defend price point recommendations, evaluate promotions, and shape markdown strategy; set analytics standards and guide junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of analytical experience in retail pricing or related fields.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to present complex pricing insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own competitive price intelligence and pricing data analysis.
• Lead price point analysis including margin impact and elasticity.
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend changes.
• Own markdown analytics and monitor sell-through and margins.
