Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a Director of Pricing to drive disciplined pricing across customer deals, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to improve win rates while meeting strategic objectives. The role focuses on governance, analytics, and deal structuring to optimize revenue and margins.

The team will leverage product and market insights to inform pricing strategies, with responsibilities across governance, dashboards, and strategic pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance required; MBA is a plus.
• Experience building and improving pricing governance (approval frameworks, escalation paths, controls, documentation).
• Strong business judgment and executive communication; synthesize deal tradeoffs into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to establish pricing strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develops product and client focused analysis to support pricing models, guidelines, and deal structures.
• Oversees complex pricing proposals and informs bid strategy and commercial decisions.
• Leads analyses of historical pricing patterns and outcomes; develops pricing plans to improve revenue, margin or market share.
