Job summary

Neos Talent partners with a fast-growing private equity-backed advisory firm to recruit an experienced pricing strategy leader. This role focuses on building and growing a dedicated Pricing & Margin Expansion practice across the United States with a flexible location.

You will work directly with PE sponsors, operating partners, and portfolio company leadership to identify opportunities and deliver EBITDA improvements through pricing, price realization and value-based segmentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pricing or commercial transformation initiatives at scale.
• Track record delivering measurable EBITDA improvements through pricing.
• Executive presence to engage with C-suite and PE sponsors.
