Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Pricing CoE Leader to advance EY’s pricing agenda across regional teams. You will lead pricing strategy, monetization, and commercial models for highly strategic opportunities, while shaping pricing standards and governance across the firm.

The role spans cross‑service line initiatives and technology‑driven pricing evolution. You will influence executive stakeholders, drive wins and margin improvements, and help develop and govern the pricing framework and tools, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in professional services, pricing, or strategy consulting is expected

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the firm's largest, highest‑risk global pricing pursuits
• Build executive relationships to broaden Pricing organization influence and profitability
• Contribute to and drive the AI‑first pricing technology roadmap
• Influence opportunity shaping with differentiated pricing, monetization and commercial strategies
• Govern pursuit economics, commercial risk and pricing decisions across global pursuits
• Lead and coach pricing teams to deliver high‑quality commercial outcomes
