Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• 10–12 years in pricing strategy across services and software.
• Experience turning complex offerings into clear pricing.
• Strong financial analysis and stakeholder influence.
• RegTech or financial services pricing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies reflecting client value and costs.
• Lead pricing models beyond hourly billing for MSPs.
• Create bundles with clear value propositions and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance on deals and renewals.
• Establish discount guidelines and tools for consistency.
• Measure pricing effectiveness and revenue impact.
