Job summary

RS Americas is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead a pricing team, oversee pricing execution across a large SKU catalog, and drive margin optimization through data-driven strategies. The role partners with Finance, Product, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.

You will shape pricing governance, manage analytics initiatives, and shepherd system improvements to scale pricing across millions of SKUs in a hybrid US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business/finance/economics.
• 5–8+ years in pricing, analytics or commercial roles.
• 2–4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with large product catalogs and pricing governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Pricing Analysts and Analysts to deliver pricing across products.
• Oversee pricing execution including benchmarking, cost-plus, and supplier-guided pricing updates.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and governance across large SKU catalog and channels.
• Drive pricing process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business strategy.
