Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. invites a Senior Manager to join its Structured Finance team in supporting capital raises for residential solar and energy efficiency financing.

The role focuses on coordinating investor outreach, deal execution, and sophisticated financial modeling within a fast-paced, start-up–like environment. The position may be based in Irvine, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Teaneck, NJ, with optional remote considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in finance with 5+ years in project finance or structured finance at a top-tier developer, asset Senior Manager, or investment bank.
• Passion for renewable energy and rooftop solar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (Pivot tables, functions, VBA).
• Ability to learn new tools such as AI to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Raise capital for EnFin’s residential TPO business in line with goals and targets.
• Assist in deal execution with JV/debt/tax equity investors.
• Review and revise legal documents for investor deals and finance matters.
• Develop investor presentation materials that are thorough and tailored to needs.
• Build and maintain complex project finance/tax equity models.
