Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field; 8+ years in financial analysis, pricing, or product development.
• 3+ years in hands-on analytical role at an operating company and 3+ years of leading a team.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential solar financing (lease, loan, or PPA).
• Strong modeling skills; ability to present complex pricing concepts to executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, price setting, and launch of new TPO products and pricing promotions.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market positioning across states and channels.
• Manage installer tiering and dealer incentive structures to drive volume growth.
• Lead pricing for the New Homes channel and emerging market segments.
• Serve as liaison between Capital Markets and business for pricing inputs; support S&OP.
• Test and validate new platform features and pricing tools for a world-class experience.
• Manage a small team within Pricing Development.
