Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years in structured finance, private credit, investment banking, or related capital markets role with a focus in modelling.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, project finance structures and ABS markets.
• Proficiency in VBA, Python, R, or SQL for automating workflows and models.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the Capital Markets strategy for residential lending.
• Develop and own project finance models for tax equity and back‑leverage facilities.
• Manage relationships with capital providers and internal units to ensure investor success.
• Coordinate with rating agencies, accountants, and tax equity insurers on deliverables.
• Support ALM, funding and liquidity operations with a focus on risk management.
