Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in finance or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years in structured finance or related capital markets role with focus in modelling.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, project finance structures and ABS markets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, Python, R, and/or SQL for automating workflows and building robust analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the Capital Markets strategy for residential lending expansion.
• Develop and own project finance models for tax equity and back-leverage facilities.
• Foster external relationships with capital providers and internal teams for investor journeys.
• Manage third-party deliverables with rating agencies, accountants, engineers, and insurance providers.
• Support ALM initiatives and funding/liquidity operations.
• Embed AI/machine learning tools to day-to-day analytical workflows.
