Job summary

EnFin is seeking an experienced Manager, Pricing Development & New Products to join our residential solar financing team. This high-impact role sits at the core of pricing strategy, product innovation, and capital markets interface as the company expands into new states and product lines.

Based in one of our offices (Irvine, SF, Santa Clara or Teaneck) with some in-office schedule; remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field with 8+ years in financial analysis, pricing, or product development.
3+ years in a hands-on analytical role at an operating company.
3+ years of people management experience leading a team.
At least 1 year of experience in residential solar financing (lease, loan, or PPA).
Strong financial modeling skills; ability to convey complex pricing to cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to executives, dealers, and capital partners.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing development, price setting, and launch of new TPO products and promotions.
Conduct competitive intelligence and market positioning to inform strategy.
Manage installer tiering and dealer incentive structures to drive growth.
Lead pricing and bidding for New Homes channel; collaborate with BD and Sales to enter new market segments.
Serve as liaison between Capital Markets and business for pricing inputs and S&OP processes.
Support testing and validation of pricing tools and platform features.
