Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience focused on Revenue & Margin with experience developing and implementing pricing processes and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing projects and coaching teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive margin improvement initiatives through pricing, SKU rationalization, and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Develop pricing strategies and execution plans across product lines and markets.
• Collaborate with CFO and PE portfolio teams to optimize performance.
