Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience focused on Revenue & Margin with pricing process expertise.
• MBA from a top-tier university preferred.
• Experience with value-based, transactional, discount leakage, and pass-through pricing.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead pricing-related projects within the Commercial Excellence team.
• Work with C-level management to design and implement pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement margin improvement initiatives and cost-to-serve analyses.
• Lead teams of professionals to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
