Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager, Pricing—Commercial Excellence to drive pricing strategy, margin management, SKU optimization, and product portfolio initiatives for the PEPI practice in the United States. You will lead project teams, work with C-level executives, and translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance profitability.

The role requires 7–10 years in Revenue & Margin, strong finance acumen, and experience with pricing processes and governance.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience focused on Revenue & Margin with experience developing and implementing pricing processes and methodology.
• Strong financial acumen, understanding of P&L and cost drivers.
• Experience with value-based, transactional, discount leakage, and pass-through pricing; proficiency with pricing governance and waterfall analyses (e.g., Vendavo).
• Analytically driven with exposure to SQL, BI tools (Alteryx, Tableau), SPSS or R, and web analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience providing intellectual and task leadership on complex projects.
• Consulting experience is a plus; MBA is preferred but not required.
