Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience focused on Revenue & Margin with experience developing and implementing pricing processes and methodology.
• Strong financial acumen, understanding of P&L and cost drivers.
• Expertise with value-based, transactional, discount leakage, and pass-through pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage high‑quality execution of individual projects within PEPI; end-to-end planning and delivery.
• Develop margin transparency, pricing analysis, reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Lead client relationships and mentor junior team members.
• Glean insights from data, build hypotheses, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
