Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) invites applications for a Manager, Pricing—Commercial Excellence. The role leads teams to deliver margin optimization, pricing discipline, and product portfolio improvements for PEPI clients.

You will partner with C‑level executives to implement robust pricing and cost-to-serve strategies. With 7–10 years of revenue and margin experience, you will analyze complex data, manage projects end-to-end, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience focused on Revenue & Margin with experience developing and implementing pricing processes and methodology.
• Experience with value-based, transactional, discount leakage, and pass-through pricing; proficient in review and approval processes and waterfall analyses.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L, cost drivers, and margin improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead high-quality execution of pricing and margin improvement projects.
• Develop strategies for margin transparency, portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, and price optimization.
• Collaborate with C‑level stakeholders to design and implement solutions across markets and product lines.
