Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager of Pricing in the Commercial Excellence group to lead pricing and margin initiatives for the PEPI practice. You will guide teams, partner with C‑level executives, and drive value-based pricing, SKU rationalization, and portfolio optimization across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, project leadership, and client delivery. A strong consulting background and MBA are preferred; compensation reflects a high-impact, senior‑level position

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience focused on Revenue & Margin with pricing experience.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and cost drivers.
• Experience with value-based and pass-through pricing models.
• Experience developing and implementing pricing processes.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• MBA from a top-tier university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of professionals to address pricing and margin challenges.
• Collaborate with C-level executives to design revenue optimization solutions.
• Develop and implement cost-to-serve and price optimization initiatives.
• Assess product portfolio and SKU rationalization opportunities.
