Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Manager, Pricing—Commercial Excellence in the United States to lead pricing and margin initiatives across client engagements. You will guide teams, design pricing strategies, and collaborate with C-level executives to optimize product portfolios and revenue.

This role emphasizes data-driven pricing, cost-to-serve analyses, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, with a focus on private equity portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Revenue & Margin experience.
• Experience developing and implementing pricing processes and methodology.
• MBA from a top-tier university preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current cost allocation processes and mechanisms.
• Assess current profitability by market, customer, product category, SKU, etc.
• Identify and quantify additional complexity-driven costs-to-serve.
• Identify improvements for future product costing analyses and implementation.
• Assess potential for and implement cost-to-serve premiums and targeted price adjustments and quantify impact on margin and profitability.
