Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy, coordinating cross-functional efforts across Analytics, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering. This hybrid role is based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO with two in-office days per week.

You’ll drive governance, track commitments, and expand our pricing playbooks while ensuring scalable growth and alignment with GTM initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management or product operations in B2B SaaS, ideally pricing/monetization
• Experience with GTM initiatives and cross-functional execution
• PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive program governance and cadence for pricing initiatives
• Lead Growth & Monetization planning with Sales & Engineering leadership
• Track deliverables end-to-end and ensure on-time launches
• Coordinate engineering timelines and launch readiness with the ePMO
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans
• Manage sales escalations and cross-functional resolutions
• Collaborate with Finance and Analytics on revenue analyses
• Report outcomes and pricing impact to senior leadership
• Expand and operationalize pricing & program management playbooks
