Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Analyst on the GTM Finance team to own revenue strategy, models, and insights. You’ll partner with Sales and RevOps to translate performance data into strategic guidance that informs investment and growth decisions for the business.

You will build and refine models, deliver timely analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and actionable insights. This role offers a hybrid work model with in-office days in Oakland.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance roles.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Expert-level modeling skills in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales capacity models for headcount, ramping, productivity, attainment, and quota.
• Analyze revenue planning for existing customers, renewals, expansion, churn, and retention.
• Manage headcount forecast and budget planning with Sales leaders, RevOps, and Recruiting.
• Evaluate ROI of sales investments via headcount, productivity, pipeline, bookings, ARR and payback.
• Support quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and annual operating plans.
• Prepare forecast-to-actuals reports and variance analyses for Sales and Finance leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Data, and Accounting to improve data quality and decision support.
• Develop dashboards and presentations communicating performance, risks, and opportunities.
