Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy. You will own cross-functional execution across Analytics, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, turning pricing strategy into shipped programs and scalable playbooks.

Based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO with a hybrid work model (two days in the office weekly). You’ll drive end-to-end launches and help unlock growth through governance and disciplined program management.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in program management or product operations within B2B SaaS, focusing on pricing or monetization.
• Strong track record coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to deliver pricing initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication with visibility to leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate pricing data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for pricing programs and related cross-functional cadences.
• Drive Growth & Monetization planning with Sales and Engineering leadership.
• Track deliverables and commitments end to end.
• Coordinate engineering timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout.
• Manage sales escalations and cross-functional coordination to resolve them.
• Collaborate with Finance and Analytics on analyses and ad hoc requests.
• Report outcomes and pricing impact, including closed-lost analyses.
• Expand pricing and program management playbooks across the org.
