Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth product management or equivalent data-driven growth role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on analytical skillset with the ability to independently dive into data and use product analytics tools.
• Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation best practices.
• Proven success across multiple products or surface areas, driving customer experience improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to align with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform.
• Lead experimentation from hypothesis to test design and scaling successful approaches.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve onboarding, conversion, engagement, and monetization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Present outcomes clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
