Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy. You will own cross-functional execution across Analytics, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, turning pricing strategy into shipped programs and scalable playbooks.

Based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO with a hybrid work model (two days in the office weekly). You’ll drive end-to-end launches and help unlock growth through governance and disciplined program management.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in program management or product operations within B2B SaaS, focusing on pricing or monetization.
• Strong track record coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to deliver pricing initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication with visibility to leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate pricing data into actionable insights and recommendations.

About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy in addition to supporting strategic initiatives, as needed. Sitting within Product Program Management and partnering closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, you'll own the cross-functional execution that turns pricing strategy into well-governed, shipped programs. You'll coordinate launches end to end, track commitments, resolve escalations, and expand the playbook that makes growth at Fivetran repeatable and scalable. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of program management, GTM, and product strategy. You will be driving some of the most impactful business outcomes.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive program governance, including running various meetings and decision-making cadences.
• Lead Growth & Monetization planning in close partnership with Sales & Engineering leadership.
• Track program deliverables and commitments end to end.
• Coordinate engineering timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
• Manage sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics on analyses and ad hoc business metric requests from stakeholders across the organization.
• Report on outcomes, such as closed-lost-due-to-pricing and overall pricing impact.
• Expand upon and further operationalize Fivetran's pricing and program management playbooks.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing.
• A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
