Fivetran is building data pipelines for the modern data stack. We are seeking a self-motivated Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Manager to support complex accounting matters, build scalable processes, and strengthen internal controls in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

This is a full-time role based in Denver with a hybrid model requiring two days in the office each week. You will partner across Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license required.
• 7+ years in Big 4 or corporate accounting in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Strong US GAAP and SOX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and memos; support external audits.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR and other teams.
• Lead external valuation work for 409A, intangible assets, and equity valuations.
• Help design SOX-compliant processes and internal controls.
