Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Program Manager to own pricing and monetization initiatives, partnering with Analytics, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering. You will drive end-to-end launches, track commitments, and scale playbooks across the organization.

Based in the Oakland, CA or Denver, CO area, this full-time hybrid role emphasizes cross-functional delivery and governance, with visibility into pricing outcomes and growth initiatives that shape our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or product operations supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM in B2B SaaS.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive program governance and cadence for pricing and monetization initiatives.
• Lead Growth & Monetization planning with Sales & Engineering leadership.
• Track deliverables end to end and manage escalations across teams.
• Coordinate engineering timelines and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout.
• Manage escalations and cross-functional coordination to resolve issues.
• Analyze pricing data with Finance/Analytics and report outcomes to leadership.
• Expand pricing and program playbooks for scalable growth.
