Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Competitive Intelligence & Price to Win to shape winning strategies through market analysis and pricing support. You will research competitors, collect award history, and build databases to underpin bid strategies and proposals.

This fully remote role requires strong Excel skills, data organization, and attention to detail, with 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with research, data organization, pricing support, and market analysis.
• Strong Excel, data cleanup, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity-focused customer and competitor research to support PTW assumptions and competitive positioning.
• Collect, organize, and validate award history, procurement data, incumbent information, and market intelligence.
• Support competitive pricing analysis by compiling prior award data, pricing benchmarks, contract values, labor categories, and cost drivers.
• Assist in building and maintaining bid-specific pricing databases, source logs, and evidence files.
• Use analytical platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to support analyses under direction.
• Prepare draft charts, summaries, and analysis packages for senior review.
• Participate in pre-bid and RFP discussions to capture risks and gaps.
• Support strategy sessions and proposal activities through research and data prep.
