Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis proficiency.
• Excellent research, organization, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to support pricing strategies and bid analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity-focused customer and competitor research for PTW assumptions.
• Collect, organize, and validate award history, procurement data, and market intelligence.
• Support competitive pricing analysis with pricing benchmarks and contract values.
• Build and maintain bid-specific pricing databases and source logs.
• Use spreadsheets and internal tools for top-down and bottom-up analyses.
• Prepare draft charts, summaries, and analysis packages for senior review.
• Participate in pre-bid and RFP discussions to capture risks and gaps.
• Support strategy sessions and proposal team activities with research data.
