Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive pricing strategy and go‑to‑market initiatives as we expand internationally. You will perform pricing and economic analyses and partner with Product, Credit, Finance, and Engineering to optimize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, deal desk, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Sigma and scripting languages (SQL, Python).
• Bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and structure deals across international markets.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets and Engineering.
• Perform pricing and economical analyses; draw insights from market data and reports.
• Monitor, optimize, and iterate pricing and offerings for international markets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics and opportunities.
