Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack on the Merchant Pricing team to drive pricing strategy and expand into international markets. You will partner with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering to shape pricing economics and go‑to‑market plans.

You will leverage data, market research, and AI tools to optimize portfolio performance and provide actionable insights across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast‑paced analytical role (pricing, finance, lending, or deal desks).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python or similar.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
• Attention to detail with strategic business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and go‑to‑market initiatives across markets.
• Perform pricing and economical analyses to influence deals and growth.
