Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack for the Merchant Pricing team to drive pricing strategy and go-to-market initiatives as we expand into international markets.

You will perform pricing and economic analyses, collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering, and apply your strong analytical skills to optimize portfolio performance in a fast-growing payments landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, deal desk, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Snowflake, Sigma and scripting languages (SQL, Python or others).
• Experience in pricing, lending or payments space.
• Bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and go-to-market initiatives for international expansion.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage industry research and proprietary data to size markets and optimize offers.
• Draw insights from performance data and design pricing constructs to optimize portfolio economics.
• Coordinate with Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets and Engineering on international deals.
