Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Pricing Analyst for an 18-month rotational program designed to develop pricing and sales analysts across three 6-month assignments.

You'll work in pricing and revenue management, conduct deal reviews, price modeling, and support field teams while gaining cross-functional exposure and mentorship from senior leaders. A Bachelor's degree and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by program start date.
• Knowledge of Economics, Finance, Accounting and Math concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsabilités

• Support pricing development across three 6-month rotations.
• Perform deal reviews, analysis and negotiation support.
• Conduct revenue management reporting and pricing analytics.
• Model price plans and forecast sales impact.
• Interact with field/sales teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and mentorship programs.
• Assist in price-list consolidation and pricing improvements.
