Job summary

RRD is seeking an Estimating and Pricing Associate for a two-year rotational program in Warrenville, IL. You will rotate through Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts groups, gaining hands-on experience in estimating and pricing under mentorship.

This entry-level program aims to place graduates into an Estimating/Pricing role within the team. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business, with strong Excel skills, problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with estimating costs, margins, or markups preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts groups.
• Gain understanding of estimating and pricing through hands-on experience and mentorship.
• Graduate after two years and advance to an Estimating/Pricing role.
