You will drive sales, service quality and store operations, shaping an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic events and elite customer relationship management.

The role requires proven retail management experience, ability to coach teams, and expertise in business planning, scheduling, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Inspirational, authentic customer service mindset.
• Experience in business planning including targets and staffing.
• Retail operations including inventory and cash reconciliation.
• Led teams to achieve sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software and cashiering systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Must have right to live and work in the country.
