Job summary

You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and leadership of a high performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience; cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized service.
• Experience in business planning: setting targets, analyzing sales, scheduling.
• Retail operations experience including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record leading a team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Right to live and work in the United States.
