Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and develop our Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service and operational targets. You will be responsible for agile planning, customer relationship management and high-performing team leadership.

This role emphasizes strategic store planning, execution of events, and delivering exceptional client experiences to propel growth and brand prestige in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience in business planning including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Retail operations experience including inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to hit sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through events and CRM.
• Drive in-store events and activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
