The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates, achieving sales, customer service and operational targets.

Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to be Chief Executive Officer of your own store, responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
• Inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Experience in business planning including setting sales targets and staff scheduling
• Retail operations experience including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
• Experience leading a team to achieve sales and service targets
• Ability to create and execute in-store events
• Retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, service and operational targets
• Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and in-store events
• Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Oversee staff scheduling, inventory and point-of-sale operations
• Collaborate with leadership to execute agile business plans and campaigns
