Qualifications

• Retail management or assistant retail management experience.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience in business planning including setting sales targets and analyzing performance.
• Retail operations experience including inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record leading a team to meet sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
