Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and develop a Sales Associates team.

You will drive sales, customer service, and store operations with a strong emphasis on coaching and business planning in a prestige beauty environment. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, lead in-store events, and ensure exceptional customer relationships while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant management experience in cosmetics or similar luxury retail.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with setting sales targets, customer service goals, and staff scheduling.
• Retail operations experience including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Willingness to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through targeted in-store activities.
• Oversee customer relationship management and mentorship of a high‑performing team.
• Provide inspirational leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Coordinate store operations, scheduling, and budgeting in line with business planning.
