Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates and achieve sales, service, and operational targets.

You will coach, develop, and execute an agile business plan focused on recruiting and retaining customers through events, CRM, and strategic leadership. Ambitious self-starters with passion for coaching and business planning will gain exposure to consumer insights, events, and marketing in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience in business planning: setting sales targets, service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
• Retail operations experience: inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record leading a team to hit sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country required for interview.
