Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical expertise to sales team and customers during the sales process.
• Assist in sales calls by assessing business needs through discussions and white-boarding.
• Develop and present technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs and integrate with customer systems.
• Conduct product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Prepare and present customer requirements to Technology, Operations, and Product Management teams for successful integration.
• Install and demonstrate products at customer sites post-sale or relay requirements to the implementation team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and competitor offerings and advise on enhancements.
• Support sales staff at events or trade shows.
