This role blends deep product knowledge with consultative selling, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple lines of business and senior leadership.

You will translate technical concepts into business value, support proposals and training, and help drive adoption of best‑in‑class solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, payments, financial technology, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and complex financial technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities involving complex products and integrated solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process, articulating value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct customer discovery, pre-sales consultations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized client proposals, demonstrations, and solution recommendations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and practical solutions.
