NexusTek, a U.S.-based managed IT service provider, seeks a proactive presales Solutions Engineer to design and present secure, scalable IT solutions across managed services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and data protection for clients. This remote role supports clients, collaborates with sales and delivery teams, and requires occasional travel.

Formación

• Must be a proactive presales Solutions Engineer capable of aligning technology with client business goals.
• Experience designing solutions across managed services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and data protection.

Responsabilidades

• Consult on the sale, design, and delivery of IT products and solutions for projects including IT managed service plans, cloud migrations, and AI solutions.
• Develop detailed Statement of Work documents for Client and internal guidance.
• Create budgets that map to the client or prospective clients’ IT and business goals.
• Analyze, prepare, and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for each client in your portfolio.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to drive customer success.
• Work in a fast-paced MSP environment with multiple concurrent client proposals.
